Les haricots rouges de Tolosa sont l’un des plus grands trésors gastronomiques de notre localité.

Tolosa beans, or ‘alubias’ are one of our town’s greatest gastronomic treasures. The Tolosa bean fair will take place this year from November 14-17, when both the producer of the best bean will be named, as will the couple deemed to present the best dish prepared using the same winning bean of the year. The bean fair will in turn be accompanied by the Euskal Jaia Basque festivities.

Las alubias de Tolosa son uno de los mayores tesoros gastronómicos de nuestra villa.

Eguzkia, aire goxoa eta are gehiago giroa: bat egin dute gaur Tolosa Goxua aparteko azokak, larunbatero egiten den merkatuak eta Tolosa Kantarik. 25 postu baino gehiago, gazta-tarta lehiaketa eta 5.000 erroskila baino gehiago banatuak. Larunbatetan Tolosan beti zerbait badela dioen jendeak arrazoi du, bai horixe!

Last weekend will be remembered for the aroma of mushrooms that emanated from Tolosa, as well as the world record achieved by the gastronomic society which organised the Mycology Festival: The Casino society of Tolosa managed to prepare the world’s largest pot of mushrooms in sauce.

Ce weekend restera gravé dans les mémoires pour l’odeur à champignons qui planait sur Tolosa, ainsi que pour le record mondial obtenu par la société gastronomique qui a organisé cette fête Mycologique : le Casino de Tolosa a réussi à préparer la plus grande casserole de champignons en sauce au monde.

Azken asteburu honetan Tolosan egon den onddo usaina ez da berehalakoan ahaztuko, ezta Casino Elkarteak lortutako munduko errekorra ere: saltsan egindako txanpinoi kazolarik handiena prestatzea lortu dute. 250 kilogramo, 5.000 txanpinoi. 

Este último fin de semana será recordado por el olor a hongos que transmitía Tolosa, además de por el récord mundial que ha conseguido la sociedad gastronómica organizadora de la fiesta Micológica: el Casino de Tolosa ha conseguido preparar la cazuela de champiñones en salsa más grande del mundo.
